Rocks

I am a rock.
All day I sit.
Until a boy picks me up,
And I am thrown into a brook.
The water gives me a ride to a
group of rocks.
Now I am not alone.
But one day I would like to be
on
land.
When that day comes, my
friend
the sun will greet me warmly.
