Lake County Library System is working to address an unexpected disruption in our book supply chain following the sudden closure of Baker & Taylor, one of the nation’s largest library book distributors. As a result, patrons may experience temporary delays in the arrival of new titles.

 

We are actively seeking alternative suppliers to restore regular service. However, the next largest distributor is currently experiencing high demand due to increased nationwide orders.
