In an abundance of caution, five Lake County branch libraries will close at 5 p.m. daily until further notice, beginning Monday, September 26, 2022, as part of the County's storm preparation. The five branch libraries include:
- Astor County Library in Astor
- Cagan Crossings Community Library in Four Corners
- East Lake Mini Library in Sorrento
- Marion Baysinger Memorial County Library in Groveland
- Paisley County Library in Paisley
Cooper Memorial Library in Clermont will remain open with limited services.
