Additional reference databases are accessible to our Web patrons from the LCLS home page. Ask your librarian for the user id and password for your library that will give you access to these reference sources from home.

AtoZdatabases is the premier job search, reference and mailing list database. This simple, user-friendly, web-based solution provides details on every business and every household within the U.S. The database includes 2.3 million job listings, 30 million business profiles, 1.1 million healthcare professionals, and much more. This database is ideal for sales leads, mailing lists, market research, employment opportunities, finding friends and relatives. The database will help entrepreneurs conduct prospecting, help students complete market studies, and more.

  An online service that gives library professionals and end users access to a rich collection of reference databases. FirstSearch offers seamless electronic access to dozens of databases and more than 10 million full-text and full-image articles
Florida Electronic Library
  Funded under the provisions of Library Services and Technology Act, from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered by the Florida Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services, is a gateway to select Internet resources. Get access to electronic magazines, articles, newspapers, almanacs, encyclopedias, books, documents, and more using your library barcode as a user id.
HeritageQuest Online
  A genealogy database that combines searchable images of U.S. Federal census records with digitized books containing family and local histories from around the country. Revolutionary War Era Pension & Bounty Land Warrant Application Files are available.
HeritageQuest Online also offers access to the PERiodical Source Index (PERSI), which is a comprehensive index covering genealogy and local history periodicals since 1800 and produced in cooperation with the Allen County Public Library Foundation.
