Mount Dora Expo Salutes Romance

Have we got a story for you! Contemporary, historical, inspirational, paranormal and regency romance novels will be featured in the Reading Romance Expo, August 2nd from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the W. T. Bland Public Library.

All romances have a central love story and an emotionally satisfying ending. Beyond that, however, romance novels may have any tone or style, be set in any place or time, and have varying levels of sensuality. Romance fiction remains the most popular genre. It generated $1.438 billion in sales and was the top-performing category on the best-seller lists in 2012 across the New York Times, USA Today, and Publishers Weekly best-seller lists.
